We guarantee that the repair we do on your device will be at the highest of quality.
You get what you pay for!!
Many stores will claim that aftermarket parts are genuine parts and will charge you a cheaper price. You may think you are paying a good price, but in fact you are paying premium price for a fake part. Be very careful of this!

Aftermarket parts cost half the price of original parts! While they may look similar, there is a huge difference in longevity and usability of these parts. At iMasters, most of our repairs are backed up with a warranty so you can rest easy regarding any concerns.

How long does the warranty on the repair last?

On original parts, we offer a 2 year warranty. On refurbished parts, we offer 1 year warranty. However, if your device has been water damaged, we do not offer any warranty.

Warranty Claim

Warranty claims will not be handled without an appointment due to high volume of customers. Owner of device will be advised on time regarding further diagnostic / repair. If device meets warranty claim standards then it will be repaired by the time frame given to the owner. If not met, then the customer will be informed about their options.

Please Note - Enquiries based on this nature will not be handled over the phone.

What does my warranty cover?

The warranty covers faults with ONLY the repaired parts. Warranty DOES NOT cover:

  • physical damage
  • water damage

Yes of course, please visit our section on mail-in repairs and fill out the forms and mail us your device via registered post.

I don't have an appointment can I still come in for a repair?
Yes you can! Your device can take up to an hour for repair if there is no appointment.
Can I cancel my appointment?
Yes you can! Simply go to your inbox and check the confirmation email we have sent you. The cancellation option will be available for you there.

Can I change my appointment?
Yes you can! Just reply to your original confirmation email that we sent you with the time and date you will like to change to. We will reply to you to confirm.

If I have a few devices do I have to make more than 1 appointment?
No, we will be more than happy to assist you with all your devices under the one appointment. We will just require a little bit more time for the repair
